Our goal at Justice for All Minds is to provide monetary relief for neurodivergent children and their families who require legal assistance with their educational needs. This legal support engages local schools at the district level, forcing them to provide the necessary testing and mandated services that every student is legally entitled to receive.

Justice for All Minds’ target is to provide relief for these parents so that they can be assured that their children will receive what they need to thrive in the classroom and in life!

Our goal, by the end of the year 2025/2026 school year is to raise $10,000 which will support families with the legal services required to successfully represent their child, with professional representation.

When a family meets the requirements for these funds, they will receive a grant, applicable for legal services from attorneys that specialize in education law. Additionally, these families will receive a strategic roadmap and an extensive list of trusted resources that have been collected for years – all which will lead to a quicker goal of support for their neurodivergent child.
